Surge Protector, High Speed, Single, Bidirectional, 1 Pole, 300 VAC, PCB surface mount. The TBU high-speed protector monitors line current with a MOSFET detection circuit and switches to a high-impedance state within microseconds of a surge, so the electronics behind it never see the fault voltage or current. Suitable for VDSL/voice cards, protection modules and dongles, process-control equipment, test and measurement, and general electronics.
