Bafna Devices stocks the full TM16xx family — TM1637, TM1638, TM1640, TM1650, TM1668, TM1628A, TM1629A — and the TM1621B segment-LCD driver. Genuine Titan Micro, in SOP packages, ex-stock in Mumbai; volume pricing for production.
