An independent distributor of electronic components based in Mumbai, serving engineers, manufacturers, repair workshops and students across India since 2010.
Our story
Bafna Devices Private Limited (BDPL) was incorporated in 2010 on Lamington Road, Mumbai's electronics market, and has grown steadily by doing one thing consistently: supplying genuine parts at fair prices, backed by straightforward service. We started as a counter-sales business for the local trade and today ship to every state in India from our own stock.
We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorised distributor for the manufacturers whose parts we sell, and we do not claim to be. What we do promise is that every component we ship is brand new and factory sealed, sourced through channels we trust, and described accurately.
What we stock
474+ part numbers from 68 manufacturers — microcontrollers, analog and logic ICs, power management, memory, interface transceivers, discrete semiconductors, sensors, crystals, displays and modules. Our strongest lines include Texas Instruments, STMicroelectronics, Microchip Technology, Nexperia, HTC Korea and Holtek. If you need a part we don't list, ask for a quote; we source most common industrial parts within days.
How we work
- Same-day dispatch. Orders paid before 2 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday) leave our warehouse the same day. Our counter is open on Saturdays, but couriers do not collect, so Saturday orders go out on the next working day.
- GST invoice on every order. Registered buyers get input tax credit; our GSTIN is 27AAECB2145E1Z3.
- Honest stock. Quantities on the site are live. If it says in stock, it is on our shelf.
- Quantity pricing. Volume price breaks are shown on every product page — no need to ask.
- ESD-safe packing. Anti-static bags, moisture-sensitive parts kept sealed, sturdy outer packaging.
- Clear policy. No manufacturer warranty is offered or implied; returns are accepted for a wrong part shipped or transit damage, reported within 48 hours with photos. Read the full policy.
