Shipping & dispatch

Dispatch times

  • Orders paid before 2 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders paid after the cut-off, or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day. Our shop counter is open on Saturdays, but courier collections run Monday to Friday only.
  • All parts ship from our own warehouse, in anti-static (ESD) packaging; moisture-sensitive parts stay in their sealed bags.

Shipping charges

  • ₹99.00 per order (plus GST).
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999.00 (excluding GST).
  • We ship across India via reputed courier partners. The tracking number is shown on your order page once dispatched.

Delivery

Typical transit is 1–3 days to metro cities and 3–6 days elsewhere after dispatch. Please inspect the parcel on delivery — transit damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours (see the returns policy).
