What we collect

Name, email, phone, company, GSTIN, billing and delivery addresses, order history, and — for return claims — photos you upload. We record the IP address and browser used when you accept our returns policy, as evidence of that acceptance.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store card, UPI or bank credentials.

Why we use it

To process and ship orders, issue GST invoices, handle return claims, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie for your cart and sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Website analytics

We count how many different visitors search for a part number or open a product page each day, so that we stock the parts our customers actually ask for. We do not store your IP address: it is turned into an irreversible key when the page is served, and that key is deleted after about 13 months. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share this information with anyone.
